Some main four sexuality and gender headcanons I guess
Cartman is definitely attracted to men. I want to say he’s gay but I do like how happy he was married to Yentl in post-Covid so idk. He’s cisgender and gnc. I don’t really have much to say about him. He/Him pronouns
Stan goes his entire teen years identifying as bi because he “feels the same for both guys and girls”, but as an adult, he’d realise he’s actually aromantic and just confused his feelings of platonic affection for romantic ones. Also during his late teen years, he comes out as a Demiboy. He/They pronouns
Kyle realised they were bi when they were a kid but didn’t start being open about it until they were in middle school. Around that time they realised they were nonbinary but also went a few years not being open about it until their second to last year of Highschool. They/Them pronouns
Kenny thought she was the only cishet one of the four until their first year of high school when she realised she was a trans girl and a lesbian. Was open about it as soon as she realised. She still goes by Kenny but no longer goes by Kenneth. Idk what she’d change Kenneth to but she’s mostly called Kenny so it doesn’t really matter. She/Her pronouns
